How AI transformation works with us

First order. Then intelligence. Six steps that connect the two.

Leadership. Map. Stability. Automation. Build. Handover. Six steps of AI transformation for companies of 30 to 500 people.

What it means

AI is not something you install. It is something you get ready for.

Most companies buy AI the way they bought software. Pick a tool, roll it out, move on. It lands in processes nobody has mapped, on data nobody trusts, next to a vendor nobody manages – and it does not pay for itself.

Ready means three things. Somebody owns IT. Work is mapped in hours and money. The systems underneath hold. That is why we do not start with a tool or a chatbot – we start with a person who takes responsibility for IT and a map of how work really runs. The agent comes fourth.

things without which an agent does not pay for itself: someone owns IT, work is mapped and the systems hold.

When people call us

The two sentences we hear most

A person working at a screen by a window, a colleague passing out of focus in the foreground

You want AI but do not know where to start

The pressure to adopt AI is growing, but there is no clear brief. You get an expert who takes responsibility for AI, maps processes and data, and picks the first real use case. They will also tell you where you do not need AI. Only then do we build.

Two people working through a plan on a board covered in notes

You bought an AI tool and nothing came of it

We do not start with another tool. The person who leads AI finds out whether the tool, the data or the process is at fault – and what is worth saving.

Six steps

In this order. None can be skipped.

  1. Within a month

    Entry

An interim CTO joins. IT stops being a black box for the rest of the company: budget, vendors and priorities become visible.

  2. Weeks 4–8

    Map

We map systems, vendors, processes and data flows. Every delay is converted into hours and money per year.

  3. Months 2–4

    Stabilize

We take over what is failing and sort out the vendors. No big rewrite – old and new systems run side by side.

  4. Months 3–9

    Automate

Routine work goes to automations and agents connected to the software you already use. Where a script is enough, we do not use an expensive model.

  5. Months 4–12

    Build

We build only what the map says is missing. We work as one team with your people. Code and infrastructure belong to you.

  6. At the end

    Handover

We help hire and train the internal team, hand over the documentation and leave. If you want, we can stay on to provide support under an SLA.

What you get

Every step leaves an output that holds without us.

Six outputs you keep working with

  • IT has an owner

Budget, vendors and priorities in one place. One person decides and answers for the result.

  • A process map priced in money

Where work waits, where data is retyped, and what it costs per year.

  • Stable IT

Vendors with a brief, access under control, no single points of failure.

  • Automations and agents

Connected to your systems, with clear guardrails. AI recommends, a person decides.

  • The software that was missing

A portal, an internal system or an app. Code and infrastructure in your ownership.

  • An internal team and documentation

A trained internal team, handed-over documentation and access. If you want, we can stay on to provide support under an SLA.

How to start

We take on as much as you need

Three ways to start. It does not have to be us.

  • We take over leadership for 6–12 months

An interim CTO and a team of specialists

An interim CTO and a team of specialists own your biggest problem and carry it to a measurable result.

  • We solve one specific thing

One process, one integration or one agent

A focused project on one process, one integration or one AI agent. From mapping to deployment.

  • We build your product

An e-shop, a web or a mobile application

A team that designs, builds and supports your e-shop, web or mobile application.

Their approach to the project is not so much on the supplier–customer axis, but rather on the level of partners who have a common goal.
