You have an idea or a brief and want a finished application
Whether you have your own IT or are starting out with your first investment: we turn the brief into a milestone plan, build the application and launch it. A milestone is one month; at its end you accept the work and pay for it. Code and infrastructure are yours.
You have no in-house development and do not want to build it
We assemble a complete team including design and testing that works for you long-term as your own development department. We agree capacity a month ahead and decide together every month what comes next. One person on our side answers for the deadlines.
You have developers and lack capacity or a specific role
Our people join your developers in the roles you are missing. They work in your processes and tools, at your pace.

How the delivery runs
Before you sign, you know what you get and what it costs. Then month by month until it runs.
This is how the delivery of a whole application runs. For a long-term team we agree capacity a month ahead; when we join your team, we work at your pace.

We get back to you and talk through the brief
You tell us who it is for, what it must do and by when. We tell you which of the three forms of cooperation makes sense and what the analysis will cost.
- Then
Analysis
We go through the brief in depth and design the solution. The output is a system design, a team, a milestone plan and the price of the whole delivery. Only then do we sign the contract.
- Within a week of signing
The team starts
We usually start with an MVP – the smallest version that can already be used. Sometimes the MVP is the first milestone, sometimes the whole project, and the next phase builds on it.
- Every month
We show what is done
A milestone is one month. At its end we show the finished work, you accept it and pay for it. With some clients we meet every week.
- At the end
Acceptance and launch
We test the whole application, deploy it to production and hand it over.
- After that
Operation and further development
Either your people run the application, or we take care of operations and further development. If the MVP succeeds, we build the next phase on it.
