What it is

Before anything is built, it has to be clear what AI should do.

The pressure to adopt AI is growing, but there is no clear brief. Offers arrive shaped as a tool: a chatbot, a licence, a prompt course. Nobody asks how your company makes money and where work waits.

Step zero is a three-hour workshop with your leadership team, always in person at your company. It is run by Gašpar Nagy, founder and CEO of Techmates, or by one of our AI specialists. Together we find the tasks where AI pays off and the ones where you do not need it, and we agree on the next steps. You receive notes from the session.

    For the first 30–45 minutes we show on real cases how AI transformation runs: from taking over IT to an agent in operation.

  2. How you work today

    We walk through how an order reaches you and how it turns into money. Where work waits, where data is retyped and where everything hangs on one person.

  3. What AI should do and what it should not

    For each task we decide whether an AI agent, plain software or a script should take it over, or whether fixing the process is enough. We also say where you do not need AI.

  4. Next steps

    We agree what to do first and who does it: your people, another vendor or us. Where we can help, we say with which service.

What does the workshop cost?

Nothing. The workshop is free and commits you to nothing.

Why do you choose whom you run it with?

The workshop is free, so we choose whom we run it with. We look for companies working out where to start with AI, with their leadership at the table. We reply within two business days and tell you whether we will run it.

Is it a sales meeting?

Partly, and we do not hide it. In the workshop both sides find out whether it makes sense to continue. The notes are yours either way, and we say which step makes sense first – even if it is not us.

What happens after the workshop?

You receive the notes with a recommended first step. Depending on the situation it is a process map (one department in 2–3 weeks), a first automation (live in 2–4 weeks) or an interim leader (starting within a month). The map then checks what leadership described in the workshop with everyone who does the work.

What if it turns out we do not need AI yet?

That is a result too. We tell you plainly, along with what needs doing first.
