AI where it pays off

AI agents & automation

We find a task where AI pays off and build an agent connected to the software you already have.

We start with one task

Part of your routine is done by a person, even though an agent could take it over.

An agent takes over routine work that a person does today. We connect it to your data and tools.

Where we start

Routine work takes four forms in a company. An agent takes over each of them.

A woman at an office desk holding a printed form and typing at a keyboard in front of a monitor, side view

Someone retypes data from emails, invoices and documents

The agent reads the email, invoice, order or drawing and enters the data into your ERP or CRM. It keeps running outside working hours. Whatever it cannot verify goes to a person.

A man with a headset around his neck writes on a whiteboard covered in sticky notes while talking to a colleague sitting on the edge of a desk

Someone answers the same customer question for the fourth time

The assistant finds the answer in the documents you already have and drafts it. After a call it prepares the summary and the follow-up, and files a complaint against its order. Someone on your side sends it.

A man in a cap and headphones leans over a desk with paperwork and parcels in a shipping warehouse

Someone watches deadlines, attendance and spreadsheet mismatches

The agent tracks orders, complaints and timesheets, checks them against your system and flags a delay or a mismatch before it becomes a problem. A person decides what to do about it.

A woman in a grey hoodie works at a computer in a bright office by a window

Someone builds a report from several systems every week

Ask in plain language and the agent finds the data, runs the numbers and drafts the overview for management. It shows where every number comes from.

In detail

Every department has routine work. The agent prepares it; your people decide.

Eight tasks from production, finance, sales and management. Where a rule or a script is enough, we do not build an agent.

TodayA person does itWith an agentA person decides
An enquiry with a drawingAn engineer opens the drawing, looks up similar orders and works out the price by hand. The agent reads the drawing, finds similar orders in your history and drafts the costing. The engineer confirms the price.
An incoming invoiceAccounting retypes the PDF invoice into the system and looks up the matching order. The agent extracts the invoice, matches it to the order and sends it for approval. It flags any mismatch.
Attendance and timesheetsAt month end someone adds up hours from the attendance system and a spreadsheet. The agent totals the hours, checks them against timesheets and prepares the payroll input. Discrepancies go to payroll.
A complaintThe complaint sits in an inbox until someone notices it.The agent files the complaint, links it to the order and watches the deadline. A person decides how it is resolved.
A customer callAfter the call the operator writes the summary by hand, and the promised follow-up gets lost. The agent transcribes and summarizes the call, creates a task in the CRM and drafts the email. The operator sends it.
A new leadBefore the first call, a salesperson researches by hand who got in touch. The agent looks the company up in public sources, scores the lead and records it in the CRM. The salesperson makes contact.
A meetingSomeone writes the minutes from memory, and the tasks stay in email. The agent drafts the minutes from the recording, creates the tasks in your project tool and assigns them.
A management reportEvery week an analyst pulls numbers from several systems into one spreadsheet.Ask in plain language and the agent finds the data, runs the numbers and drafts the report. It shows the source of every number.

What we build for you

AI takes three forms in a company, and none of them starts with a tool.

  • AI agents

Take over a task and keep running outside working hours. Fill data into your systems.

  • AI assistants

Work alongside people. Find information, summarize meetings, draft replies.

  • AI in your software

We add features to the application you have. Or build a new one.

How the deployment runs

One task after another. The numbers decide the next one.

  1. First

    Rank

We rank repeated work by how much time it takes and calculate what the task costs today.

  2. Then

    Build

We build an agent for the chosen task and connect it to your systems.

  3. Before go-live

    Set limits

We define where its authority ends. Permissions and exceptions stay with your people.

  4. Within 2–4 weeks

    Go live

The first working automation runs. We compare the same numbers as before – and if the difference does not show, we tell you.

  5. After that

    Decide

You decide whether to continue with the next task or stop.

We find out whether AI fits your task

We tell you plainly whether an agent pays off or fixing the process is enough.

When there are more tasks, we bring in an interim CAIO who is accountable for AI in your company.

Before you deploy an agent

Before you deploy an agent, you want to know who answers for it.

What happens when the agent gets something wrong?

The agent works only within the limits we agree on. Outside them it does nothing on its own. Until the solution settles in, you check its output and we fine-tune it based on your feedback.

Who is responsible for what the agent produces?

You set the rules, and we build the agent to follow them. The agent prepares a document, a draft or a completed form. Someone on your side always approves it.

What will the agent see of our data?

We connect it to your systems through the access you grant it. We go through the scope of data and the handling of sensitive information with you while connecting it.

How do I know the deployment paid off?

Before we start, we calculate how much time and money the task costs today. After deployment we compare the same numbers. If the difference does not show, we tell you.
