Join the team building a production application intended to simplify investing for customers in the Czech Republic. You will own backend work in PHP, contribute to integrations and data design, and collaborate with the frontend team on a reliable end-to-end experience.
Who are we looking for?
- This role requires a high degree of autonomy, so strong knowledge of PHP and one of the PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, Bagisto) is essential.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a big plus, as it aligns with our current tech stack.
- Experience with designing, managing, and optimizing databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Proven experience in optimizing web, server, and database performance in a PHP environment.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
