Kooperativa learns how AI assistants read its website
Kooperativa needed to know how AI assistants read its insurance content and which editorial and technical changes to make first. We mapped and ranked it.

When an AI assistant answers for an insurer, its sources decide the answer
Kooperativa is an established Czech insurer, a member of Vienna Insurance Group, with a broad insurance portfolio. Its customers increasingly ask AI assistants about insurance and get an assembled answer instead of a list of links. What that answer says depends on which sources the model trusts.
If those sources are incomplete or outdated, the answer misrepresents the products. Kooperativa wanted to know how large language models read its website today, and what to change first so that assistants draw on its own content.
What Kooperativa wanted to know
- How leading AI systems describe the brand and its insurance products
- Whether the website signals authority and relevance to those systems
- Which editorial and technical changes to make first
What the assignment fixed in advance
- Analysis first, implementation later, so the internal teams keep control of the changes
- Website content and online reputation assessed together
- Findings ranked, not listed
Measure the footprint first, then rank the work
We started with an analysis of Kooperativa’s digital footprint as AI systems see it: the website content and the brand’s online reputation. We then went through the site’s technical parameters, including load speed, indexation status and the semantic profile of the content, and tested how large language models interpret the pages.
Each finding got a priority. Quick wins went to the top, structural work below them. The result is one sequence the content and technical teams can follow without re-arguing the order.
What the analysis showed
Kooperativa received an assessment of how AI systems represent the brand and an AI-readiness audit of the website. Together they name where its own information is clear and where an assistant has to look elsewhere.
What the plan hands over
An opportunity map and a prioritized action plan cover the recommended content and technical changes. The plan lists what to change and in which order. Implementation stays with Kooperativa’s teams.
A ranked map, ready for the internal teams
Kooperativa now has a documented view of its AI footprint and a ranked route to making its insurance information easier for AI assistants to use. The work ended with an audit and a roadmap. What gets implemented from the plan, and when, is up to the client.
