A React website redesign, AI chat and free property valuation for RE/MAX Delux. The owner reports roughly twice as many enquiries from the new site.

The business had outgrown its website
RE/MAX Delux helps people sell, buy and rent property. The business had expanded into property developments, but its nearly ten-year-old website no longer reflected that progress. Both its appearance and its technology needed replacing.
Building on our earlier work together, we agreed a complete redesign with owner Tomáš Šimek. A new look was only part of the brief. Visitors needed to find the right service, understand what came next and contact the agency.
The website must serve buyers, sellers and tenants
One visitor wants to rent a flat. Another needs to sell a house or find out what a plot of land is worth. Others are planning a property development. The website needed to distinguish these needs without making the services difficult to find.
The design also needed to last beyond its launch. Animation could not get in the way of the content, and contact forms needed to make an enquiry straightforward.
We started with structure and the route to an enquiry
We began with wireframes (page layouts without the final visual design) and a plan for the website’s reusable elements. We mapped out the service pages, educational content and the route from a property valuation to contacting the agency.
The homepage tells the brand’s story through illustrations and animation. We designed clear forms that guide visitors towards sending a specific enquiry.
A separate frontend makes the website easier to develop
We built the visual layer as a separate React application. The interface visitors see and use is no longer tied to the old implementation. That makes it easier to develop further and add interactions the previous website could not support.
Animation and illustration help visitors navigate. They show the services and the next step rather than serving as decoration alone. The structure accommodates everyday property services, property developments and educational content.
Visitors get answers and a route to the right service
We implemented an AI chat that guides visitors through the website and helps them find the service they need. We also implemented a powerful, accurate online property valuation tool that visitors can use free of charge directly on the website.

More enquiries came during a year of business growth
According to Tomáš Šimek, the new website generates roughly twice as many enquiries as before. Over the past year, the business grew by 20%, recruited more agents and took on more work. He identifies the new website as one contributor to that growth. The 20% figure describes the business’s performance over the year, rather than a separately measured effect of the redesign.
