AI 2027: Executive Guide for Management
Plan your AI priorities for 2027. Download the free Czech guide without a form, then discuss next steps at a three-hour workshop at your office.
From evidence to the first step
In three hours, we identify where AI earns its keep in your company.
The guide helps you ask the right questions about AI budgets, priorities and risk. Answers for your company start with how you work today: where work waits, data gets retyped and time is lost.
In a three-hour workshop, we review your processes together, identify where AI earns its keep and where you do not need it. We agree where to start and who will carry out each step. You leave with written notes that are yours, whoever you choose to work with.
- With your leadership team at your office. The workshop is free; we select the companies.
- 3 hours
Inside the guide
Make decisions about costs, ownership and the limits of AI.
Calculate value and allocate the budget
The full cost of one successful output. Separate experiments from proven operations. Set conditions for further investment, a change of approach or stopping a project.
Decide who owns the result and what changes at work
A business owner with decision-making authority. Adoption measured through changes in workflows, not licence counts. Skills needed by specific roles.
Set boundaries for agents and suppliers
Four levels of agent autonomy. Permissions and human approval. Dependencies on models and providers, and the cost of switching.
Include risk and compare actual results
Security as part of the investment decision. A Czech-market comparison based on the depth of integration and the outcome for the customer.
Worksheets · pages 13–17
A management discussion should end with a specific decision.
Prepare the evidence for your company
- Economics of one AI use case
- A decision card for further funding
- Four levels of business agent autonomy
- A regular AI portfolio review
- A management checklist with owners and deadlines
Start with a question from the guide
Do we know the cost of one successful output, and how it changes at ten times the volume?
Include the model, integrations, infrastructure, maintenance and human review. Divide costs by outputs that meet the required quality and business goal, not by all attempts.
The guide is yours. Free, with no form to fill in.
The Czech PDF has 21 pages: 10 management decisions, 5 worksheets and links to original research. Download it and discuss the questions with your leadership team.
Optional next step · free 3-hour AI workshop
Turn the guide into next steps for your company.
Step zero is a three-hour workshop with your leadership team, in person at your office. It is led by Gašpar Nagy, CEO of Techmates, or one of our AI specialists.
We review how you work today
How an order comes in and becomes revenue. Where work waits, data gets retyped and a process depends on one person.
We identify where AI earns its keep
Together, we identify tasks for AI, conventional software or a process change. We also say where you do not need AI.
We agree where to start
You leave with written notes: use cases, next steps and who will carry them out. The notes are yours, whoever you choose to work with.

Is the guide really free?
Yes. The button downloads the Czech PDF directly, without an email address or a form. You are not booking a workshop or commissioning further work.
What data is the guide based on?
Selected public external research, including KPMG, BCG, EY, IBM, Deloitte and the Czech Statistical Office. Sources, samples and collection periods are listed on pages 18–20. Techmates did not conduct its own respondent survey; the recommendations and working frameworks are our interpretation. Figures from different studies cannot automatically be generalised to a Czech company.
Do I need to request a workshop to get the PDF?
No. The PDF is freely available. Request a workshop separately when you want to discuss the guide in the context of your own processes. You can use the guide without us.
How do you select companies for the workshop?
The workshop is free, so we choose who we do it with. We look for companies deciding where to start with AI, with leadership at the table. We respond within two working days and confirm whether we will run the workshop. It does not commit you to further work.
